January 6th marks our 1 year anniversary with Pebbles. We decided to make her adoption date her birthday and throw her a little party. My friend Kim told me about a dog food cake they made for their dog and the kids loved the idea. They shaped canned food and decorated it with cat treats and made a "P" on the top. Got a little scary when her whiskers almost caught fire :} Oops. It was the first time she would ever touch canned food and she totally chowed down.January 14, 2009

I'm totally impressed - at our house we're lucky if we celebrate our own birthdays!
This post cracks me up. One question came to mind - did Greg roll his eyes and give you that look? Or, perhaps he was all about it--I'll place my money on the eye rolling. Love you all, Lynn
