Greg took the day off from work and we went to our last kindergarten Thanksgiving play. Shane was an Indian and took his lines "BIG AND BRAVE" very seriously. They sang some adorable songs and used sign language in one. If I can figure out how to put video on the blog I might include a short clip.

After the play we went into the cafeteria to have a Thanksgiving feast. Yummmmmy! I thought they had forgotten to put turkey on my plate and then Greg pointed out that it was in tiny pieces mixed in with the gravy and poured over my rubber potato volcano. The sad thing is that besides pizza, it's the kids favorite lunch of the year. With me as a cook, their standards have been set pretty low in the kitchen.

The pilgrims and Indians are friends.

Shea came over during her lunch recess to watch her little brother and Shaun's teacher let him have some time away from class to come watch too. They were so supportive and cute. Shaun kept saying "Mom, I think he's nervous up there. His face looks like he's freaking out."

Big and Brave!!!
